> Here is the interview with Mirco Calza, a fellow real estate agent who for some years has chosen to join the Grimaldi Family Real Estate Network with his Castelmassa (Rovigo) and Bologna Mazzini area agencies.

> Mr. Calza, can you tell us how he started his business in this sector?
My business in the world of real estate brokerage began at the end of 1996 as a collaborator in my uncle's real estate agency in Castelmassa in the province of Rovigo. In October 1997, after qualifying to practice the profession, I took over the agency I worked for and began my adventure which I still carry on today with a lot of passion and dedication. During my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work in important squares, such as Cortina D'Ampezzo and Desenzano del Garda and for about three years I have also opened an agency in Bologna.

> With his Real Estate Agencies present in Bologna in the Mazzini area and Castelmassa in the province of Rovigo, he has chosen to become a Partner of the Grimaldi Family Network. How did the idea come about?
The idea of joining the Grimaldi Family Network came about following an interview with Eng. Jacopo Grimaldi, to whom I was introduced by the Solo Rentals Franchising of which I was part for the first two years of activity in Bologna. I immediately appreciated the "philosophy" and the purpose of the network, thus deciding to join it as a Partner to give more visibility and prestige to my agencies by adding the L'Immobiliare.com brand to my own. While living with L'immobiliare.com I had the pleasure of sharing my experience and above all my real estate portfolio with experienced and qualified colleagues located throughout the national territory; I was able to count on their professionalism and collaboration, guaranteeing my clients greater visibility even outside the localities where I operate.

> For some time now, it has also been important for a Real Estate Agency to be present on the web with its own site (or network site) but also on the main real estate portals and social channels. What do you think and which path did you take?
I believe that a web presence for a real estate agency is essential today, as by now most people looking for a home do their first search on the internet. I am therefore convinced that a well-indexed private site (or network site) combined with a presence on the main real estate portals is the best showcase and the best investment that an agency can make today to advertise its properties. From my point of view, I also consider it very important to use the main social networks and be present with a well-optimized and periodically updated Company Page as well as periodically plan paid ADV advertising campaigns to promote the agency's services or a particular property; all this by targeting the public thanks to the tools that Social Networks make available to us today.

> The Bologna real estate market recorded a slight increase in this period with over 5,000 residential transactions in 2017. How do you see the situation in a year's time?
Well said, the Bologna market has come out of the crisis in the last two years, recording a significant increase in sales, facilitated above all by the lowering of prices following the crisis. The search for properties to generate income, to be rented to students, to groups of workers, for which the demand has increased exponentially, as well as to be exploited in favor of the new short-term rental business, has started again. I believe that the real estate market in Bologna will tend to still experience an increase in demand throughout 2019 and then stabilize in the years to come. Bologna is a city in continuous expansion, especially from a tourist point of view, which is why I am convinced that in the short/medium term it will be among the cities that will experience the greatest liveliness in the national real estate market.
